How To Change Day/night Greeting On Office Phones
I am just trying to change our office greeting when the phones are turned over to night. Our old office manager wrote down some directions but it takes me to some mailbox each time to record. These are the instructions I have: Voicemail button, then hit #6 & then *998 and password is 5998#, I then choose #5 for "modify message" and then his notes say choose 3 for "Customer Service Menu" but mine says it's option 4 and this where I get lost. Please help. Thank you.
