how do I change the name at a certain extension

Use the master phone. Press PROG then dial **1234 then 004 and ENTER. Dial the extension Number you want to change the name on and use the keypad to change the name (1=ABC, 2=DEF, Just like Texting). You can use the circular button with the arrows to add a space etc. Press Next to go to the next name to re-programme more than 1. BUT BEFORE you press next, press STORE twice so that the cahnges are saved at each step.
