You should be able to see both Caller ID, and Name of the caller.

Unless the Caller Blocks their identity, and they have decided to use

*67 before dialing your number.

Just a Tech Note: Depending on your PBX, you might require an additional

card to have the caller ID feature, system Wide.

Greetings,

Regarding caller I.D., this is a telephone subscriber feature. In order to have this enabled, you have to subscribe to your telephone company provider. If you currently have this feature active, then depending on the phone system, you may or may not have the Caller ID card installed in your system.
