My Panasonic Dmr-ez47v Displays 'no Read.' Any Suggestions On Troubleshooting?

- The disc is dirty or badly scratched. The unit cannot record, play, or edit.
- The disc may be incompatible or of poor quality.
- You have used a lens cleaner and it has finished operation. Press open/close on the main unit to eject the disc.
