2 Year Old Blu Ray Wont Recognize Discs
my blu ray layer, modeldmp-bd871, suddenly decided to stop recognizing discs when inserted. the screen says "reading" for 3 seconds and then nothing. all i see is the home page. ive tried all sorts of dvds with no result. we watched a blu ray on friday and it was fine. today nothing...ideas? i checked for new downloads and am up to date. i unplugged for 2 hrs., no help
