The Atm Didn't Give Me The Money But Took It Out My Account, How Do I Get It Bac

The ATM didn't give me the money but took it out my account, how do I get it back? I was at Wawa to withdrawmoment and the screen frozed after I finished the transaction. There was no receipt but I tried it again on another ATM and it worked but my balanced is short $30
