I Have Just Started A New Service With Placer County Water Agency And They Have

requested a letter of credit from PG&E so I can avoid having to pay a hefty deposit.   I have been with PG&E since 1955.  My account No.   the letter can be e-mailed to or faxes to Thank you,  Ruth Costa
