I Have A Bvst-jbxss41 Oster Coffee Maker And I Can Not Get It To Cut Off I Have

i have a BVST-JBXSS41 coffee maker no manuel was with it and i have to plug it in to turn it on and unplug it to turn it off i can not figure out how to cut it on and off with the buttons can any one help

When you want to turn it off, hit the On/Off button and it blinks, then hit it again and it turns off.
