Oreck Xl2635 Hard To Push

Why All Of A Sudden Is My Oreck Xl2635rhpk Hard To Push. I Have Replaced The Drive Belt, Removed The Base Plate And Cleaned All The Components Therin, But It Still Seems Hard To Push. This Is Not A Gradual Fault It Was Ok One Day And The Next I Could Hardly Push It Accross The Carpet With Two Hands
