Why Won't The Buttons Work On My Ws-802 Digital Voice Recorder?

Hello, I have a WS-802 Digital Voice Recorder. I purchased it in August 2013. It had been working well until today. I am able to turn the recorder on and off, but all of the other buttons on the device have stopped working. When I press a button (for example "stop" or "rec"), the recorder does not respond. What is going on? Thank you. -Logan
