I can think of 3 possible reasons why oil is shooting out your dipstick.

1) Too much oil. Check your oil level and see if that's the problem. Probably not the problem, but I had to mention that option.

2) PCV valve is clogged. If it's clogged, you will get blow by building up in the crankcase, which could cause your problem. Replace the PCV valve to eliminate that as a possible cause.

3) Worn piston rings or even a hole in one of the pistons. If there's too much blow by from the pistons, the PCV valve can't handle it, so oil forces it's way out the dipstick. That means your engine is damaged and will have to be rebuilt.

Oil shooting out of the dipstick is known as blow by. This can be caused by excessive pressure in the crankcase causing this dipstick to blow out of its holder. Excessive pressure can come from a number of things: bad piston rings, old PCV valve, or worn o-rings around the dipstick handle.
