Bravada Engine Races At Idle

I have a 2000 Olds Bravada that has worked fairly well except of a nagging problem with the idle adjustment. Instead at idling at a reasonable rate around 800 rpms it will not idle at less than 1500. I have replaced eveything I know to replace, the air filter, throttle position sensor and the O2 sensor on the intake hose. The only thing I have not yet replaced is the air flow sensor, though I have cleaned that thoroughly with throttle body cleaner. I have also cleaned well in and around the throttle body. I'm about out of options. Have any of you been able to solve a similar problem?
