I had same problem on 1998 shillouette. Replaced fuel pump.Didn't fix it. A connector under drivers side rear seat was corroded and filled with water.I splice all the wires together and did away with the molex connector.Used good duct tape to cover after but-splicing them.Has worked for over a year with no problems.
