How Do I Remove Coolant From The Engine Cylinders.

Three days ago I was driving on a residential street and my car started to misfire. I pulled into a parking lot and pulled a plug. Found coolant in the engine. Only cylinders 1, 3, 5, 6 are affected, cylinder 2 and 4 are dry. How do I get water out of the cylinders? (I tried pulling plugs and cranking, and some coolant sprayed out, but then it seemed to hydro-lock). There seems to be no water in the oil, I drained the oil and found no evidence of coolant. Does this sound like a leak in the intake manifold or more like head gasket or what?
