Gas Shut Off Switch

my car was sputtering like it was running out of gas, so I stopped a little ways down the way, put some gas in and now it won't stay started

Hi. These do not have an inertia switch to shut off the fuel, only the Ford products have those, you most likely have a bad fuel pump :)
