Need To Know What Relays Are For Under Hood And Under Kick Panel For 1994 Olds 8

Car stalls when driving at any time. Never know when it will stall. Starts right back up. Runs good when it is running. Possibly electrical? Crank sensor, cam sensor, ECM module, coil, spark plugs and wires have all been changed. No spark or fuel when it stalls until you turn ignition off and then back on.
