I Have A 928 Error Message On Oki Mc561 I Have Cleared Jammed Paper

Hello. I am an Oki Data helpdesk technician from Oki Data America's.

Power the printer off, and open the top cover, remove the fuser and check to make sure that there is no paper stuck / clinging to the fuser. Then reinstall the fuser and see if the error clears. Power the printer off first for 15 minutes and let the fuser cool down. I also recommend you make sure you connect the printer directly to an outlet. Remove any surge protectors, or backup power source. If you are still having an issue replace the fuser unit.
