My Oki B710 Keeps Showing Loading After Power Up But Displays Nothing After That

Hello. I am an Oki Data helpdesk technician from Oki Data America's. If the printer is plugged into a surge protector, UPS, power strip, etc., please disconnect and plug the printer direct into an outlet, preferably a different outlet. If you continue to experience the issue, try resetting the printer. To do this, power off the printer, press and hold both the menu & enter buttons and power on. If it gets you past "loading", navigate to Maintenance Info. - Clear NV Content . if you still cannot get past "Loading", there may be a hardware issue with this unit such as a power supply or mother board issue and the printer will require service.
