What Does Error Code 03 Mean On My Okidata B710?

Hello. I am an Oki Data helpdesk technician from Oki Data America's. Error 03 is a
cpu hardware exception error. Disconnect the communication cable from the back of the printer and reboot the printer. If the error remains, there is a hardware issue with the printer which unfortunately will require service. You can find local dealers in your area at the following link: http://esales.okidata.com/Oki_Dealer_Locator.process
If the error clears, it may be related to the document or the program you are printing from.
