Hello. I am an Oki Data helpdesk technician from Oki Data America's. On the B411dn, envelopes can be loaded using the manual feed slot. The manual feed will allow one envelope or single sheet to be placed. Right above the paper tray drawer, a flap can be opened up thus revealing the manual feed tray. When printing envelopes, we strongly recommend opening the rear exit as so to provide the envelope a near straight path in and out of the printer. After you have pull down the manual feed tray, you will want to adjust both paper guides so that the envelope stays in the center as it enters the machine.
Envelopes should be loaded flap down, face up with the top edge to the left and short edge into the printer.
Do not select Duplex printing on envelopes. A paper jam may occur.
