Loose Handle Bars
Handle bars wont tighten up ,, was this way when I purchased the new bike . Seems to be spacers missing of some kind? Did not find any in the box , the bolts and nuts are firmly tightened . Wondering if there are some spacers that go in when assembling?

I have the same issue - got this bike for free and was hoping to tighten the handles. They seem to just flop which can't be correct.
