I recently purchased a Nordic Track Audio Strider 800 with no owners manual. My last elliptical was a Nordic Track as well but the display was different. My speed on my old elliptical was 7.0 and the new machine reads between 65 and 80. Does that mean between 6.5 and 8? Also the distance on my old elliptical would tell me how many miles and the new one says distance is 4000. What does that mean? Thanks for your help.
