I Can Not Access A Internet Connections In My Mobile Phone Nokia X2-01

You need to subscribe to the internet plan of your SIM provider and then try accessing the internet with the settings given to you.

You can try connecting to the internet with the help of Nokia PC Suite as well: http://www.nokia.com/in-en/support/faq/?action=singleTopic&topic=FA140172
