my x2-01 browse is not working it says that it has been deactivated by service provider

Greetings - Have you ever been able to access the internet from this phone before - if you never did, it may be that the phone's APN has not been setup yet - your service provider can indeed help you setup your phone's APN. Otherwise calling them will still be a wise move even if the issue is not the APN settings. Hope this helps.
