Hi. Try and download "UC browser", then use it to download the same apps and observe. You can try the following should the issue persist.

1. Try downloading using a sim card from a different carrier

2. Try and update you device's firmware using the Nokia PC Suite installed on to your computer

3. Contact your carrier and ask for their advice
