1. Install Ovi Suite

2. Connect your phone to your computer

3. Wait for it to finish syncing.

4. When the phone has done it's syncing...

5. Download your apps using your internet browser. Save them either on your memory card, or on your computer's hard drive

6. You can either install applications by running them with your phone (assuming that you saved it on your memory card) or you can use your computer to install them by simply double clicking on the application.
Ovi will install the app to your phone for you.
