No Communication Between The Tcm And Ecm

2007 xterra transmission rebuild ,programed by Nissan of Mobile. Tcm will not communicate with the ECM. Wiring harness has been checked and deemed okay but for some reason the Nissan dealer cannot figure this problem out this is going on two weeks can you please help
