Tpms Sensors 2007 Titan

I just purchased new tires and aftermarket rims installd with new tpms sensors.  Twice I have had the new sensors reset/relearned to my vehicle and both times after driving one mile the tpms dash light flashes and then stays lit.  Does an 80psi tire affect the tpms system? Does the stock spare have any affect on the system.  What would cause the dash light and system to loose the programing of the new tpms sensors?
