Piston Slap

How can you fix it , in a 2007 Pathfinder ? Will it cause any problems ?

There's no easy fix. The slap might be quietened by use of some oil additives but if it doesn't bother you it's not really a problem. Just drive until you have to have an engine rebuild which is what it would take to fix it now.
