Irregular Tire Wear Or 'chopping' On 2007 350 Z?

Hit then ran over a deer 3K miles before. Was "aligned to specs" however now I have such bad "chopping" I need to replace two front tires? Have been told it is either "defective tires" or "caused by running over the deer". Anyone had any trouble with tread wear? These tires only have 13K miles on them!
