Tpm Sensor

dear sir  i have a problem with my nissan pathfinder 2006 LE the TPM light shows on and the pressure was 35 on all tires i checked the tire3 pressure on the navigation screen on of the tires shows 0 PSI do you think that i have a defective sensor and how i know wich senser is the defective one thank you
