The Screws To My Shifter Have Come Out And The Overdrive Light On The Panel Does
the two screws on my shifter have fallen out, and the overdrive light on my panel doesnt come on when i am driving would this cause my check engine light to stay on?

Hi. This should not cause the engine light to stay on particularly if you are sure that the overdrive works.
