Front Seat Repair

Hello, I am trying to repair the front passenger seat on my 2001 Nissan Xterra. The seat is stuck and will not recline when I pull the side latch. This seat is also stuck on the rail. It will not slide back and forth. I would appreciate any help or guidance to solve this problem. Thanks In Advance.... Fernando
