Replacing Headlights

How do you remove the installed headlights from a '96 Nissan King Cab truck to replace them? Do you need to remove other parts first, such as the grille or the turn signal covers? I removed the connection and the prong cover, but I'm stumped as to how the assembly comes out so I can put in the new lamp. Thanks for your help!
