1996 Nissan Pickup Xe 4x4 4cyl.

So my truck starts fine idles fine but when you push down on the accelerator to quick the motor boggs down, the check engine light comes on, and there is a knocking sound coming from the back of the motor. It will not pass 2500 rpm period. When I get it to 2500 rpm and let off the accelerator it will idle at 1900 rpm for 16 seconds before returning to its proper idle. The check engine light comes on at 2500 rmp or when I put the accelerator to the floor. I have replaced almost every sensor and I'm at a loss.
