Touch Screen Do Not Turn On.

WHY MI NIKON TOUCH SCREEN CAMARA DO NOT TURN ON, I USED IT ONE DAY AND THEN THE BATTERY GOT DEAD I PUT IT ON THE CHARGED AND THEN I TRIED IT AGAIN AND DID NOT TURN ON . I TRIED TWO DIFFERENTS BATTERIES AND IT NOT WORKING ALL. WAS WRONG WITH IT. PLEASE DO SOMEONE CAN ASWER IT FOR ME. THANK YOU.
