Based on my research, Netgear WNA1000 does not have any downloadable driver software for Windows 8 Operating System. Like Windows 7, the driver software for this device might be included in the Windows 8 Operating System and will be automatically installed. The driver software available in the support website of Netgear are compatible with Windows XP and Windows 2000 Operating Systems.
