Service Incredibly Slow
For nearly 2 years I could not use my laptop because I did not have the money to fix a plug problem. I just got it fixed recently and now find the dial up service impossibly slow. It takes kforever for everything little thing. I must wait while Netzero downloads all kinds of pictures and ads. This is the worst service I have ever experienced. Can you do something about this, or must I seek another company?
