Problems Connecting To Netflix

I often get a  message saying that there has been a problem loading the page. I can access anything else on the internet. It is Netflix that I have problems with. I have a very good internet connection btw.

I don't know exactly where are you trying use your netflix account, but in my case I have a smart tv. If that is your case what I did was I went to premium settings and deactivated netflix, then went back to netflix and logged back to the account. That seems to have fixed my problem. Hope this works!
