I Cannot Get My Netflix To Load Movies Anymore. What S Wrong With It

i was watching a movie, then i left and now it wont load past 4 percent.  WHat do i need to do to make it load?

im having the same issue, i uninstalled/reinstalled silverlight, chrome browser, etc and it still will not work. this must have just happened. mine started an hour ago.
