To Long Getting Titles
i turn on NetFlix and it keeps saying"getting titles" and nothing happens.

Hello,
I had the same issue and, as with many electronics problems, the cure for me was to unplug my blu ray player and plug it back it. I waited until all the lights on the player turned off (power button stayed illuminated for about 7 seconds) plugged it in and it worked fine. Hope this works for you as well
