Why Havent I Received A Netflix Response Since You Received My Last Movie Back?
I returned my movie and you received it last week but you usually respond to next one shipping out ? nothing ? I have 5 movies in queue.

This is HelpOwl, not Netflix. There is no way for Netflix to know the DVD was lost in the mail until you tell them. Go log in to your account, go to the bottom of the page and click on Contact Us. The first item in the list is to report a shipping problem. Click that and report the lost DVD.
