Why Does Netflix Black Out While Watching Something

If your screen or monitor times out and goes black (or a screen saver comes on) that's a function of the device you're watchingj on, not a function of Netflix. How you change the timer depends on what type of device you're using. On a Windows PC, right click on the desktop and click Properties, and go to the screen saver settings, or go to the Power section of the Control Panel. On an Android or Apple tablet or smart phone, go to Settings.
