I Cannot Access My Online Dvd Order Site For Netflix.

What's up?  I haven't received any DVDs for a month and a half, and I can't access my account onine to even contact them.  I hope that they are not still charging my account.

Without knowing what happens when you try to access your account, it's difficult to be of assistance. Do you get an error message? Exactly what happens when you try to access your account?
