Can I see what has been watched on my netflix account?

Go to the Queue. For DVD account activity, In the upper right corner click on "show all your shipping activity". That brings up a list of everything that's ever been shipped on your account.

For streamed activity, click on the "Instant activity" bar in the Queue. In the upper right, click on "instant activity". It will show everything that's ever been streamed on your account and whether you have finished watching.

You can only see the last three titles that were watched. If you are watching a TV series, Netflix will keep track of what you've seen.
