Streaming Vs Dvd

I have been streaming 24 and got to episode 73 and it skips to episode 77 because apparently 73-76 are DVD only. However I can stream 73-76 on my iPhone. Are those episodes DVD only or not?

DVD only, maybe on streaming in 3 months or so.
