I Am Streaming Through A Samsung Blueray Player. When i Try To Turn Off
the player, the light flashes but it does not cut off, i have to unplug the player. i can not watch a movie without it stopping or freezing on me no matter what movie I'm watching. it unfair that i pay a monthly fee and never get to watch a full movie because of this matter. please help me.

This could be a lack of bandwidth problem. If you don't have enough bandwidth, you can experience freezing issues. You can also check to ensure your internet connection is working properly by checking network settings.
If necessary, you can also reset your internet connections, and/or deactivate and then re-activate Netflix on your Samsung Blu-ray player to see if that fixes the issue.
