When Streamimg With A Sony Blu-ray Player Model Bdp-s570 Picture Breaks Up

when streaming a program from netflix with a sony blu-ray disc player model #  bdp-s570 the picture breaks up from time to time . but this never happens when i watch the same program from my desk top pc or laptop pc . also it does not matter ifr the connection is wired or wirles on the blu-ray player

I have heard that the older sony blu rays (2010 models) had issues with Netflix. It's a fairly common complaint. If you perform a firmware update it might help.
