continues to read Whoops we are temporarily unavailable, I have tried over 15 selections. What are you doing. I just signed up, now I am second guessing your service, please inform me to what your problem is

This is HelpOwl, not Netflix. Netflix uses Amazon Web Services to stream content. Those servers have relatively frequent issues, as they are right now. All we can suggest is that you try again later.
