How Do You Remove The 'gay & Lesbian Movies' Category?
We do not want this category on our TV/netflix how do we remove it?

You may not be able to. You can try by loggin into http://netflix.com, clicking on Your Account and clicking on Taste Preferences in the Preferences section. If you are concerned about children, there is a Parental Controls function in the same section.
